Enhance Clinical Psychology Services is a private psychology practice in Wollongong run by Janet Cartwright, Clinical Psychologist, that provides therapy to adults (18 years and over) with concerns including depression, anxiety and stress.  This practice is a fee paying practice and does not bulk bill.

Therapy Modalities​​

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema focused therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Interpersonal therapy and Person-centered therapy.  I take an eclectic approach to therapy and utilise therapeutic modalities and skills based on individual client need and preference.

I currently have capacity to see new clients who require letters for gender affirming surgery and am also taking new clients for therapy from early February 2025.
